These terms apply to your use of this registration portal, operated for Skate Canada / Patinage Canada. By creating an account or registering, you agree to them. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password and sign-in codes private. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
- A parent or guardian must register, and agree to these terms for, anyone under 18.
Registering for events
- An entry is complete when registration is submitted and any required payment has been made. Fees, deadlines, waivers and refund rules for each event are shown when you register, and the waivers you accept are recorded.
- Late entries and waiting-list places are at the organizer’s discretion and may carry an additional fee shown before you pay.
- You are responsible for uploading music and planned program information by the event’s deadlines, and for assigning it to the right program. Changes may be locked shortly before an event.
- Event organizers may change schedules, groups and start orders. Published schedules show what has changed.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Refunds follow the event’s stated policy.
What you upload
- Only upload music, documents and photos you have the right to use.
- You allow us to store them and share them with the event’s staff and officials as needed to run the event.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful or unrelated to the event.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access other people’s information, disrupt the service, or use it for anything other than registering for and taking part in events.
Availability
We work to keep the portal available, especially during registration and event days, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please check your confirmation emails and entries.

To the extent the law allows, the portal is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you cannot lose under the law.
